Pros

The benefits are competitive. It has a company culture that puts customers first. They encourage you to take ownership of problems and resolve on first interaction.

Cons

The company quickly changes procedures with little or no notice to frontline employees. Work groups do not work together. Groups only take care of their processes and make changes to their processes with no consideration of how their changes effect other groups.
