Pros

A lot of hard working, smart and professional people there. I learned a lot and there were moments every day where I enjoyed a learning moment or shared a joke with a coworker or 3.

Cons

Not many cons .... it's not a super shiny hip place like Amazon or Google or .... but the smaller size and charm feels more like family than a big machine. Not all silos work well together at times but problems are addressed sooner r later and get resolved.
