Pros
Great, competitive product that has a great future outlook. Also always innovating and co-creating with customers which is great.
Cons
Use "we're a big company, but function like a 'start up' as an excuse for not having processes. Use lack of processes and answers to questions as it benefits them. Managers have over hour long 1x1's and barely remember action items discussed in them. They over hired and then severely cut down the team without context. No one is hitting quota
