Complex device (DPU) and complex programming model They don't know how to take the product forward; No vision; No road-map reckless with their hiring/firing decisions Managers and directors are people managers; they will percolate the pressure to engineering without understanding technical aspects of the project

Greatest product ever built after Apollo Best management team - Imagine Gates + Jobs Peaceful - with almost no one in the office floors anymore it offers the most peaceful work environment. Feeling special : you will most certainly feel special as there are very few of this species left Tons of Parking spaces and options - you want the nearest to the door parking space, you got it. You want to park across three spaces, go for it. Toilets: there is never anyone to take up that toilet stall - it's all for your personal use
