- Great founders with an innovative idea - Free lunch everyday

Cons

Micromanagement and some rude people. No one helps. Very poor work culture, team leads and managers will not understand the depth of work and will just set random targets. No one cares about the quality. There is nothing to look forward to working here except for a heap load of work. Get ready to work late nights and all weekends. Basically, say goodbye to your personal life.

Outstanding technical team, good food, great coffee. You can get amazing stuff done if you know what needs to get done.

Cons

Spread too thin, frequent going back to the drawing board. No mechanisms in place for identifying or retaining top talent outside of the first chosen few.
