Pros

Nobody cares if your work is sub-par.

Cons

Hands down the worst management I've ever worked for. Very self-absorbed and stuck in the last decade. The CEO, or CMO as he calls himself, produces 90% of the agency's work via interns and goes through a new batch every 6 months. Expect to be grossly underpaid and lured by experince you can "apply towards your marketing degree at the local univesity" - which is where he recruits his staff. As for client work, they go have no idea what they're doing, consistently over-promises and under-delivers. Antiquated SEO practices. Sup-par design. If the work isn't full-filled by interns, it will be outsourced to a 1099 contractor who will be white labeled by Fusion 360. Most of these don't stick around after 1 or 2 gigs. This is not a full service agency, but rather a staff of interns who will claim to increase a client's brand by simply blogging about them. The CEO sells his agency as the "cool steezy" agency of SLC, but it's really just some college kids lead by a con man.

Pros

Basically the only Pro is they actual let you use things like the ping-pong table and foosball table

Cons

The whole company is about the bottom line but to the next level. Pretty much every one there is just an intern or a under paid employee. I also got laid off because they said "They were going in a new direction" Even though I finish everything they ask and spent a lot of time waiting for them to find busy work for me. To top things off the Owner was there and had no idea what kind of work I was doing but still laid me off
