Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any positive feedback or "Pros" of any sort regarding my experience at this company.

Cons

• Management felt unapproachable and often dismissive regarding new ideas or concerns about projects. • Unorganized and often chaotic workflow • Company was often inconsistent on it's policies and procedures.

Basically the only Pro is they actual let you use things like the ping-pong table and foosball table

Cons

The whole company is about the bottom line but to the next level. Pretty much every one there is just an intern or a under paid employee. I also got laid off because they said "They were going in a new direction" Even though I finish everything they ask and spent a lot of time waiting for them to find busy work for me. To top things off the Owner was there and had no idea what kind of work I was doing but still laid me off
