Pros

The culture at Fusion 360 is awesome. I love my co-workers and the team environment. The work is fast-paced and interesting and the management team is laid-back and fun. We always are doing fun team-building activities. It's also great to work for one of the best agencies in town!

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. There is a lot of work, but that's the nature of the job :)

Basically the only Pro is they actual let you use things like the ping-pong table and foosball table

Cons

The whole company is about the bottom line but to the next level. Pretty much every one there is just an intern or a under paid employee. I also got laid off because they said "They were going in a new direction" Even though I finish everything they ask and spent a lot of time waiting for them to find busy work for me. To top things off the Owner was there and had no idea what kind of work I was doing but still laid me off
