Promoted as a flexible work environment with a fun culture and great snacks. Touted as the number one marketing agency in Utah.

Cons

They overload their employees and take advantage of basically unpaid interns. There is high employee turnover. The CEO only comes in to meet with high profile clients or fire someone.

Basically the only Pro is they actual let you use things like the ping-pong table and foosball table

Cons

The whole company is about the bottom line but to the next level. Pretty much every one there is just an intern or a under paid employee. I also got laid off because they said "They were going in a new direction" Even though I finish everything they ask and spent a lot of time waiting for them to find busy work for me. To top things off the Owner was there and had no idea what kind of work I was doing but still laid me off
