The workload isn't always distributed evenly.

Sometimes it feels like the company is turning the corner and returning to its roots, where people actually worked as a team, but there are some people who will drive the finger-pointing and toxicity that will never let this be a desirable place.

0 work-life balance. Phone calls, emails, and Slacks, with everything being a 5-alarm emergency, no matter the hour of the day. In reality, it's just someone on leadership asking for something (or telling you something is wrong) that they had been told and agree on numerous times. Don't expect to enjoy nights, weekends, vacations, or holidays without someone asking 5 urgent questions, that in reality, they already knew, Ever feel like your manager has your best interests only to throw you under the bus to save themselves? That is the mentality here. No one accepts responsibility but blames everyone under them, causing endless turnover and a constant loop of poor results. Leadership will never own poor results but place the blame on anyone and everyone else.
