- Great startup for CPT OPT Immigrants - Helps you in your immigration and travel needs - Slow immigration process but it works great - Management is cooperative (not all) - Good PTOs (after 5 years) - HSA plan is good - Reimbursement for personal work related learning, training, books and certification - Great clients - Growing company in Columbus area
Cons
- They cash the immigration status by paying way lower than the market because they know employment won’t leave if their immigration (H1, GC, OPT, CPT) are in progress. - Job offer from lower rate and then no matter what you do they won’t increase salary (average increment could be between $2-4k in % unless you turn into GC. Then suddenly they ll increase so that you don’t leave them but still it ll be lower than the market rate. - No learning hours: Management doesn’t care how you manage learning or time, they ll keep asking you to deliver more and more - No paternal leaves - No sick leaves - WFH isn’t allowed (unless client allows)
