Pros
When I began my search for a career change and was going through the interview process at g2o, I couldn't help but take note of the compassionate leadership and the vision for an organization that focuses on the people that makes them great. Additionally, their offer provided a competitive salary, benefits, and flexibility, not to mention the ability to be fully remote. Working at g2o offers much opportunity to grow through great client assignments, providing you access to different technologies, processes, platforms, and other tools that you might not otherwise gain exposure.
Cons
The organization is in a growth phase. They are trying to make change and that requires some tenacity and dedication from employees that want to be a part of the shift. This can be a struggle as it requires you to balance client commitments with internal initiatives and a landscape that is in a state of flux. That's not for everyone.
