Pros
Company has a lot of potential. Great company benefits. AOG desk / team makes good money.
Cons
Any negative reviews, prompt a internal email blast instructing all employees to post positive reviews. Top Heavy Company there is a VP to every 6 to 10 employees. Upper Management makes large and hefty salaries, while they try to pay as little as possible to employees. Don't expect a rise even after a couple years of employment. Upper Management are Social butterflies, corporate events and socialization are the primary concern. Do not expect to get promoted from within. There is no middle management, only employees and VP's. Some VP's treat their staff very poorly. You will not be a VP without a degree and many years of past experience. Company and Executives pride themselves with stealing executives from other companies and wants the rest, to "try out" for positions like trying to get a job a Google or Microsoft. You will not get hired unless your know someone. The company is ran with enormous and some time unrealistic goals at any cost or be concerned about your job. The rest is paper pushing, sign off's, even in the Quality Department, by individuals sometimes with absolutely no clue what they are signing off on. All the divisions where purchased with leverage, nothing was created nor built. Produce, produce, produce, no concern with preventive or corrective actions, unless an auditor finds it. Violations with with regulatory bodes. Fund raising comes from employees pockets, such as Friday jeans day or raffles with items from trade shows or customer holiday gifts to employees, which must be turned in to HR for raffles.
