The only pro to working there is it looks good on the resume for future employment elsewhere. They have great benefits too.
Cons
Very hard to grow within the company unless you know someone high up. The place is like a prison. You need a badge to get through any door. Certain VPs will follow you if you leave your desk. I've even been followed to the bathroom. You could be fired at any moment for no reason. Don't expect HR to help you with problems. They are only there to help management. There are people that have worked there for over 5 years and still making less than 30K for the year. All promises made to me were not kept. They pride themselves on their charity work, but the money comes from the employees. Some from raffles and the rest because they charge every person to wear jeans on Fridays. All of the positive reviews that are on here are because Abdol sends an email to the whole company asking them to post on here. If you want to work at a miserable place than GA Telesis is the right fit for you!
