Pros

Today I received my bonus from GA Telesis and I am very pleased with it except Uncle Sam always has to take his share but there is nothing that can be done about that. It has been great to work for a company that has paid out a bonus every year since it started except one year, which was understood and in my mind eventually made up for when times were not tough. It is baffling to read what people write about the company and to hear where they come from. Fact is if things were so bad, why did you stay so long? If you didn’t come to work when you were supposed to or were a poor performer, why would any company reward you? If you owned your own company and your employees didn’t do their job or didn’t perform well, would you keep them? I think you have the facts and the real answer. So for those of you that busted your butt, didn’t cry and complain, please enjoy your bonus with your friends and family responsibly as I plan on doing so. To the owners and executives. Thank you for making today a good day for me and the others in the office.

Cons

Too many employees cry and complain about too much. The employees have no idea how good they have it to work in a clean building with all of the amenities that are offered. Some managers are to nice and need to separate business and personal life. Managers need to be fair firm and consistent. Tired of hearing how hard everyone works or how busy they are and see people on their phones or the internet non-stop.

Pros

CEO has vision, the business, like many others post CoVID-19, grew tremendously and outpaced its competitors in market share. They have good fundamentals and good relationships which helps the business stay relevant in a very crowded market of aftermarket aviation parts/MRO companies. They value hard work (for the most part) and reward those who work extremely hard (for the most part).

Cons

Never have I ever witnessed so much nepotism in my life in one company. People who should not be working in any fortune 100 company, are frequently promoted due to familial ties with ownership, and loyalty is valued heavily. Merit does have value in some promotions, but the majority of movement or awarded positions (roles created etc) are either for family members/close friends. It is very much a good boys club, and it is difficult for an outsider to feel welcomed. The certain demographic that prevails is largely what is promoted and made to feel as the only ones who posses value. If you think different, and don't subscribe to failed methodologies, you will be ostracized by incompetent leadership.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We genuinely appreciate hearing both the positive aspects of your experience and the areas where you feel we have fallen short. We’re glad you recognized our strong market position, customer relationships, and the hard work of our team—especially during a period of significant post-pandemic growth. Scaling at that pace is never simple, and it’s encouraging to hear that some of those efforts have been visible and meaningful. At the same time, your concerns around favoritism, inclusivity, and consistency in how opportunities are awarded are taken seriously. We are committed to building a workplace where advancement is based on merit, performance, and leadership capability—not personal relationships. Creating a culture where every employee feels respected, included, and able to contribute different perspectives is critical to our long-term success, and we recognize there is more work to do in this area. You also raised important points about process discipline, accountability, and the balance between short-term performance and long-term scalability. As we continue to grow, strengthening standardized processes and ensuring consistent adherence across all levels of leadership is a priority. Sustainable success requires both strong execution and a willingness to evolve, and we are actively working to improve in both areas. While we may not agree with all characterizations in your feedback, we do value the underlying themes and the opportunity to reflect and improve. Feedback like yours helps inform ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership alignment, reinforce our values, and ensure we are building an organization that supports both performance and fairness. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and appreciate the time you took to share your perspective.
