Pros

Great profit sharing and good benefits

After almost 10 years I just started to feel like I was in a high school environment at this job. I think I just grew exhausted of the whole call center vibe with numbers and the micro management of if you go to the bathroom and break room etc… as I was getting older raising children I felt I was maturing in every area of my life but at my job. They were more interested in molding future employees out of college with zero experience and putting them in leadership positions over older tenured people that knew the job which was also embarrassing to say the least. I was terrified to leave because I thought it could get no better but baaaabbbyyy when I left god showed up and showed out for me on my job since then where I will absolutely retire from! My current job helped me realize I was really was being treated like a teenage child at Geico! To each it’s own though :)

Competitive health benefits, 401k matching, genuine, people-focused leadership, career mobility, a renewed focus on driving culture across the company.

Cons

Although it’s not a negative for me if you are not used to receiving regular feedback, good and bad, then you may struggle early on with the culture.

Strong opportunities for career growth Many people are willing to mentor and support others without expecting anything in return Supportive culture, even from people who may not know you personally Increased focus on education and development, especially for leaders More company activities at the local office, which has been a welcome change Fun associate engagement opportunities like escape rooms, art activities, games, and food events So many opportunities for recognition

Cons

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
