Pros

I really enjoy the culture at GEMCO! The leadership team does a great job including employees in all facets of the business and decisions. They are very involved in philanthropic events in the community which makes GEMCO a great place to work!

Travel and seeing new things.

Cons

Micromanaging and stressful. You will not get trained for anything literally job and will always get belittled. And you have no room for advancement if you are a minority. I was laid off 4/22/26 and had charges filed on me 05/04/26. Thanks GEMCO
