Pros

Working with the field employees was great.

Cons

The corporate staff has turned over 3x in the last 2.5 years under the guise of restructuring. In reality employees are treated awfully and ridiculed. The ones who were not let go resigned. The owners have no knowledge of this because they are not at the office full time.

This company is family owned and they treat all their employees like family. Really is a great place to work.

Cons

Wish there was a way to have christmas and or holiday parties with everyone in the company. Just hard because all of the states GLC has staff in.
