Pros

Working with the field employees was great.

Cons

The corporate staff has turned over 3x in the last 2.5 years under the guise of restructuring. In reality employees are treated awfully and ridiculed. The ones who were not let go resigned. The owners have no knowledge of this because they are not at the office full time.

Pros

This was a fantastic journey for eighteen years. GLC gave me the opportunity to grow and develop year after year. They provide stability and opportunity to all their employees as long as your willing to work.

Cons

New technology created some turnover in corporate.

Pros

Helping and progressing employees in the field. Outside of Corporate, the whole dynamic of the work environment is very very different...

Cons

Family owned company, impossible to move ahead being outside the family. Corporate management plays favorites, ignores severe issues, and retaliates. Horrible benefits, pay, and treatment overall. You will be paid substantially lower than the average with same job title, same area. OR simply because you are out of the family. Absolutely WORST company I have ever worked for. Save yourself and look for other opportunities.
