Helping and progressing employees in the field. Outside of Corporate, the whole dynamic of the work environment is very very different...

Cons

Family owned company, impossible to move ahead being outside the family. Corporate management plays favorites, ignores severe issues, and retaliates. Horrible benefits, pay, and treatment overall. You will be paid substantially lower than the average with same job title, same area. OR simply because you are out of the family. Absolutely WORST company I have ever worked for. Save yourself and look for other opportunities.

This company is family owned and they treat all their employees like family. Really is a great place to work.

Cons

Wish there was a way to have christmas and or holiday parties with everyone in the company. Just hard because all of the states GLC has staff in.
