Horrible experience - Anonymous employee GLC Business Services Employee Review

Hello former GLC Employee, We here at GLC Business Services are saddened by this feedback as it seems that your experience with GLC was not as fulfilling as initially expected. GLC takes pride in our ability to work with employees to try and deliver a positive employment experience, and we openly encourage our current (and former) employees to share with us any suggestions or recommendations on how we can make the employment experience event better. GLC also allows all employees to contact Senior Management at any time in addition to submitting feedback through an employee’s direct manager. Recently, many GLC employees have shared their appreciation for the bonuses that GLC issued to all employees in recognition of the hard work and amazing service that GLC employees have been providing during this pandemic. This past year has been challenging, and GLC is committed to continue to do whatever we can to help support our employees and our partner/clients so we can all emerge healthy and hale. It is unfortunate that your concerns were not raised internally, but we appreciate the feedback regardless, as we appreciate any opportunity to focus internally to ensure that our ongoing support of our employees is maintained.
