Pros

GP Strategies is a consulting company that allows for work from home. This flexibility in scheduling can be very appealing.

Cons

No work-life balance. Company runs lean and there is no work-life balance despite work from home options. Health benefits are terrible and employees rarely get to use PTO time due to unrealistic clients and project demands. Limited upward mobility. For a training company, they provide little to no training to new or current employees and no professional development. If work cannot be charged to a project or client it is not seen as valuable. This company is notorious for burning out employees.

Pros

Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

Cons

Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is
