Pros

Moderate Benefits, new electronic equipment, relatively short commute. There is the opportunity to work with some very talented people.

Cons

Old fashioned management style, still a boy's club here...parts of company extremely sexist, women aren't promoted leaving many to become pigeonholed. Mentoring does not exist, but harassment, favoritism and retaliatory actions do. Upper Management allows it to happen even when they are aware of it going on. Upper Management loves to trot around the globe taking their buddies with them. Huge amounts of company spent, then when the quarterly numbers aren't as high as they'd like, quick to lay blame on employees. Goals aren't presented when initially employed, no 6 month review for a head's up or chance to improve. You'll find out where you missed the mark on your annual appraisal when it's too late. Initially looks like a great place to work or even get a foot in the door. Just don't expect to progress anywhere. So much turn around it will make your head spin, they just can't keep good people. If you're looking to work at a dead end job, this is the place to be.

Pros

Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

Cons

Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is
