All the other reviews say it but I'll say it too, stay as far away from this company as you can. - Anonymous employee GRUBBRR Employee Review

Pros

A cool idea with wonderful lower-level staff that's been completely driven to the ground with appalling executive team management.

Cons

This company is on its last legs currently running like an abandoned ship sinking to the bottom of the ocean. This comes as a surprise to nobody who has worked there that's reading this, because the leaders at the company told their employees for months that "if you don't like how we do things, you can leave", and now to the surprise of no one, nearly everyone's either quit, been laid off, or is working there with absolutely no passion for the product to be successful and is spending the majority of their time making an exit plan. And all of it makes perfect sense, because if you've been there for any period of time longer than a couple weeks, you'll quickly realize GRUBBRR is (& has been) in complete disarray, burning money and been in a financial free-fall from the moment the previous CFO saw the storm last year and got out. From that moment, every single poor review that has come out is not just one disgruntled employee complaining-- they're all completely accurate anecdotes that I wish I could say weren't the reality. But don't take my word for it, just do this-- if you're considering working at GRUBBRR and you want to know about how it is, find someone who used to work there (there's a lot of us) and ask them about their experience, because I'm sure any of us would be willing to give you the horror stories of what has taken place on the inside not hiding behind anonymity on Glassdoor. When they gave the company an employee satisfactory survey a few months ago, on a scale of 0-100 the company score was a -49, and what's crazy is it's probably only gotten worse since then, and there is still no enterprise-level product complete, so they have barely any money coming in at-all. But whether there's even a bigger product does not matter if no one in the company wants to see it succeed, and they are lucky if they can still count on two hands all of the people on the inside not actively hoping it fails. This company is just a completely catastrophe, with the ugliest fall from grace I have ever seen in all my years working in tech, and if it succeeds, it's because the idea is so needed that it could not fail. But if it fails, it will fall on top of the lap of about 8 or 9 C-level executives that I wouldn't let manage an Arby's let alone the kiosk that'll never end up inside of one.

Pros

There are a few good people there

Cons

The company is a toxic nightmare. No leadership or direction whatsoever. Employees are leaving all the time. It’s a revolving door on the executive side as well. It’s difficult to believe anything leadership says when the whole operation is sketchy. I would avoid this place like the plague. No future and a breeding ground for stress and aggravation.
