Cons
Working at this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. C-Level Leadership is completely dysfunctional—there is no clear direction, no structure, and absolutely no accountability. Everything is treated as an emergency, yet nothing is ever properly planned or executed. Last-minute scrambles and unrealistic deadlines are the norm, creating a constant cycle of stress and failure. Despite being in business for over seven years, they still hide behind the excuse of being a "startup" while consistently losing clients and failing to turn a profit. The work environment is openly toxic, riddled with gossip, bullying, and blame-shifting. C-Level Leadership offers zero guidance or support but is always quick to point fingers when things inevitably fall apart. There are no structured performance reviews, no meaningful training, and no actual investment in employees—yet they’ll insist they’ve provided all the "tools for success." In reality, they set people up to fail. They'll also force you to work weekends without any prior notice. No work life balance. There is no HR department in place, so if you have any grievances or concerns, you’re completely on your own. To make matters worse, CTO of Engineering is the biggest bottleneck in the company—clueless, dishonest, and a primary reason for the dysfunction. Their inability to lead effectively drags down every aspect of the business. If you're looking for a stable, professional, and well-run company, stay far away. The revolving door of employees says it all—nobody stays for long because the work culture is an unbearable mess. I won't be staying here much longer. This company is defined by mismanagement, incompetence, and toxicity. Avoid at all costs.
