Pros

“Flexible” work hours — if you want to be available 24/7 without extra pay. Great opportunity to learn how to navigate office politics and favoritism. Perfect place if you enjoy unprofessional conversations during work hours. Unlimited opportunity to work around salary delays and financial mismanagement. Excellent training in how to stay silent and avoid retaliation when raising concerns. You’ll gain experience in how to cope with toxic leadership and HR inaction. Ideal if you want your hard work overlooked while others get promoted for playing the game.

Cons

If you're considering joining this company, especially with hopes of career growth, professionalism, or fair treatment, you may want to rethink your decision. The environment across several departments is deeply toxic. Bullying, favoritism, and retaliation are not the exception — they’ve become the system. Employees who raise valid concerns or challenge unethical behavior are cornered, harassed, and slowly pushed out. HR has proven repeatedly that it is unwilling (or unable) to act, regardless of how many complaints are submitted. Professionalism has hit rock bottom. A disturbing amount of time is wasted on inappropriate discussions, chewing tobacco in meetings is normalized, and respect is rare. Conversations that should focus on work are instead dominated by off-topic and offensive chatter that creates discomfort daily. Worse still, salary delays have occurred, causing financial strain for employees — with rumors pointing to poor financial planning and leadership ego. There’s growing speculation that decisions are now being driven not by business logic, but by personal vendettas and power trips. It’s disheartening to see a leader obsessed with control to the point where retaliation becomes a management strategy. It’s no secret that the company’s core product was not an original idea, and those who were once trusted with leadership have reportedly sabotaged progress from within. Instead of owning up to those failures, blame is quietly passed down the chain — and employees across departments are now paying the price. If this sounds like a dictatorship in the making, that’s exactly how it feels. Across the company, internal politics dictate outcomes. People who underperform or even sleep at their desks—especially during night shifts—are not held accountable, simply because they align with certain managers. It’s become common knowledge across teams. Meanwhile, high-performing employees who challenge the status quo are ignored, demoralized, or slowly pushed out. The product itself is in jeopardy. Few truly understand how to maintain it, and those who do are discouraged from fixing bugs so that their personal "relevance" remains intact. This insecurity-driven culture is dragging the product down, and the long-term impact is being ignored. There is no vision, no direction, and certainly no trust left. Feedback is punished. Transparency is dead. Growth is nonexistent.

Pros

There are a few good people there

Cons

The company is a toxic nightmare. No leadership or direction whatsoever. Employees are leaving all the time. It’s a revolving door on the executive side as well. It’s difficult to believe anything leadership says when the whole operation is sketchy. I would avoid this place like the plague. No future and a breeding ground for stress and aggravation.
