Management is lacking guidance and support to employees. They also lack rational decision making in stressful or pressured situations. Also favoritism in management and the lack of promoting from within has completly tanked morale. Although they do have a strong grow program to gain more knowledge and potentially advance, nobody that has participated in this program at my location has benifited from doing so. Instead they continue to higher from outside the company for advancement roles even though turnover rates have skyrocketed the past couple years.
