Camp days can certainly be long, and we find that staffers who tend to thrive at camp understand that inspiring young innovators is hard but rewarding work! As of 2018, we have also updated our summer pay scale to include salary increases across many camp positions and locations, including in the Bay Area. Staffers can also continue to expect overtime pay for any hours worked beyond 40/week.
