Clings to the Good Ol' Days - Senior Engineer Gamma Technologies Inc. Employee Review

Gamma has gone downhill over the years. Since the Private Equity companies have come in and hired a new CEO, Gamma has transitioned from a small, personable company, to a boys club of "my way or the highway". The c-suite lacks a vision for the company by being very resistant to change and unwilling to listen to their employees. Their platitudes about Sales look nice in a powerpoint, but don't mean anything for the employees. Don't join Gamma if you have any drive to change the status quo.
