GT used to be a great place to work, but a lot has changed. Senior management appears to be asleep at the wheel and unresponsive to feedback. Focus has shifted from product quality to profits. Much of the top talent has walked out the door in the past 2 years out of frustration, including many with 10+ years of tenure, leading to major brain drain in every team. Large pay inequalities between people of similar level and experience. Toxic gossip culture, particularly among the "back office" staff, largely driven by lack of transparency in policies and communications.

Highly toxic environments. Compliments are given by putting others down creating a walking on eggshells workspace by leadership. Projects will be given late in the afternoon expected to be completed the same day causing frequent 15hr days. During high pressure times, it is expected to be verbally lashed out on by leadership. It is truly unacceptable. Leadership creates a hardship both with work product and moral.
