Business Outlook
Pros
Fun environment and everyone gets along. Except for a few rowdy customers, everybody else was pleasant. The schedule was well balanced when we were busy and the discount is great. I learned so much about customer service.
Cons
The pay could be better and when it slows down, hours get cut dramatically. Managers also tend to hire too many people and as a result, the people that have been there longer suffer and don't get many hours.
