Attractive and comfortable office with a view. The people who worked in the cafeteria were down to earth and friendly.
Cons
Management was very out of touch with day-to-day operations and not only didn't provide support but seemed to create obstacles. The mid-level teams are responsible for producing an enormous amount of work, and upper management seemed indifferent to this fact. My experiences with HR were equally troubling. I was met with derision, gaslighting, and hostility when I brought up my concerns. I found them extremely unprofessional. It is an extremely large corporation, so I am confident that not every department was as dysfunctional as my own and that many employees have positive experiences there. However, I was very disappointed with the immature culture and general lack of insight and integrity that I encountered in my experience. Advice to potential employees: Dig below the surface before accepting a position. Find out exactly what work you will be doing and what kind of support will be available to you.
