Do not work here - Merchant Assistant Gap Inc. Employee Review

I was a contractor at Gap Inc. for the Women’s Merchandising team and have never been treated more poorly in a professional work environment before. Management has no respect for contractors, they see them as insignificant and “not a part of the team” (this was said to my face). I was expected to work long hours but then fussed at for using overtime. Extensive work was given without any guidance or help. Permanent jobs were promised without any follow through. Overall, the disrespect for contractors gave me a permanent bad taste in my mouth for this company.
