Majority of Black and hispanics laid off. • No growth potential. • Bonuses not guaranteed, keep in mind when negotiating salary. • Leadership throws full team under the bus instead of communicating or listening to employees. • Abusive work culture in marketing. • Bullying and harassment complaints are ignored by HR. • HR team lets certain leadership do everything HR teaches promoted managers NOT to do. Very unprofessional and no accountability. • Leadership lays off anyone who speaks up to HR. HR lets them and does not hold anyone in leadership accountable for multiple complaints, from all levels and employees.
