NOT concerned with employee experience - Manager Gap Inc. Employee Review

Gap's financials continue to expose them quarter after quarter as a failing company. There is a gross disconnect between executive leadership and the work being done. During my 18 month tenure at Gap, I was laid off twice, received no top down guidance on goal setting each quarter, and continued to watch as the leadership team pivoted/changed directions before allowing the last reorg to take effect. In 5 months, I witnessed 3 additional reorgs between my 2 layoffs.
