Pros
Work life balance and learning and development. They have the method to encourage employees to apply "Growth mind set" to help themselves perform better.
Cons
Constant organizational changes as well as not-so-good performers do not get penalties. Basically lazy employees can keep their jobs without doing much. Sometimes, their payscale could be too high.
