Pros
ROWE- the scheme where you are allowed to work from home as long as your team is on track for deliverables is great. Enjoyed working a couple of hours Sunday so I could sleep in Monday morning, all caught up. But most departments do not allow it, even if HR tells you they do. Salaries used to be good, are now too low to attract experienced talent.
Cons
A culture where covering your boss' rear end is the only important thing. Where all QA and fit issues are swept under the rug, and no one learns from failures or builds on success. People make the same mistakes year in and year out and no one is ever held accountable for having them resize best feeling garments on reorders. TD is blamed when their own leadership gives them confusing -if any -direction while implementing huge changes in fit. The smarter the talent, the more management lives in fear of them using their brains. Great place for people with zero experience who will never speak up. Managers keep people in line by making them feel that they could be fired next. Massive layoffs continue to their mission to send as many jobs overseas as possible.
