Justin is a great leader, Anthony on the other hand is a condescending leader who threatens his employees jobs on a weekly basis if goals are not met and regularly uses profanity to motivate his “staff”. To either perform or not bother showing up.
When the job was given to me I was to understand my training was the most important part of my job until I was licensed, after a week long training course only looking at how Mortgages work, we were put to work on the phones. Hitting 50 calls a day with 2.5 hours of call time is impossible when when the leads you are being given are 6 months old and have been called so much it’s borderline harassment.
All employees are “at will” and can be fired at any time for any reason. I was part of a group that was told this line of work was not for us and that our “life outside work was more important”. This is after working for 6 days a week for a month 9-7pm and answering emails from home.
