      Pros

      The people here really care and are engaged..... Until they realize that no level of caring or engagement is going to turn this dinosaur around. Great brand and legacy but feels like they are driving this into the ground.

      Cons

      Ownership/management does not invest back into the business. Age old systems, decrepit plants and machinery. Painfully inefficient and ineffective organization structure defy accountability or strategic execution.

      Employees, 401k pays kinda good

      Cons

      If you have a family you wont see them much seniority don't mean a thing you start night shift good luck getting on days get ready to learn abunch of jobs unless your one of the picks can not plan anything ahead with family they will throw weekends on you at the last minute
