Pros
People are friendly and the work they do is interesting. Pay is good and benefits are pretty good for a small company.
Cons
Management is inbred! They hire each others' friends in many instances. The atmosphere is very much "us and the rest of them". If you're not in the clique, you miss out on opportunities on the most interesting projects, which they tend to give to their buddies. The friends are also held to a different standard on performance and they tend to promote the friends first. Limited advancement opportunity otherwise.
