Pros
Really quite good starting pay when compared with other big box retailers. Definite potential for advancement. Quarterly monetary bonus based upon performance of store in regard to reducing shrink (theft).
Cons
Very little of what you actually do involves technical support in a traditional sense - it's really all about convincing customers that they need to buy a particular service or product. This can be ethically problematic, and there may be times when you feel as if you are taking advantage. If you're a good salesperson (who doesn't mind not working non-commission), this may be a good job for you.
