Pension, 401k, health plans, time off, other benefits. Company internally funds independent research at a much higher percentage rate than other leading aerospace companies. The company has many dedicated and innovative employees. Being a private company has allowed for long term planning and directiin without being misdirected by stockholder concerns.
Cons
You need to have an Engineering degree or hard science BS to be considered for an Engineering position. The company is competing against larger competitors.
