For those who perform well and clearly communicate their goals, there are real opportunities for upward mobility.

From time to time, there may be individuals or areas that aren’t the right fit, which is fairly typical in a growing organization. However, the company is proactive about identifying and addressing these issues. Leadership does not tolerate poor performance or negative behavior and takes action to maintain a strong, healthy culture rather than allowing things to stagnate.
