Pros

On, the corporate side of things (HR, accounting, etc.), people super nice and supportive. Fancy company dinners for management.

Cons

On the operations side of things, there is a culture of not showing weakness, so no one feels like they can ask for help. The team members feels like they do all the work and no one else does anything.

Excellent Company Culture Great Benefits Great Workflow Great People Great Pay At Genesis I feel like I'm treated like a real person and not just another number, everyone is very personable and the executive staff 100% cares about its employees.

Cons

Parking can sometimes fill up and you need to walk a little further. Very minor con.

Pros

Genesis is full of great people, and has a strong, collaborative culture supported by a flat structure and direct access to the management team. There are fun company events and great swag, and you experience meaningful growth on a daily basis. For those who perform well and clearly communicate their goals, there are real opportunities for upward mobility.

Cons

From time to time, there may be individuals or areas that aren’t the right fit, which is fairly typical in a growing organization. However, the company is proactive about identifying and addressing these issues. Leadership does not tolerate poor performance or negative behavior and takes action to maintain a strong, healthy culture rather than allowing things to stagnate.
