Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. It's always helpful to hear the positive as well as the constructive feedback. Due to the success and growth of Genesys, we have grown locally in Toronto by 15% this year (in a period of 6 months). I agree there have been some local challenges this year and I have personally focused on improving this very recently. As a result, we have re-adjusted management responsibilities and brought in additional experienced management talent. Decisions on technology, architecture, processes, and tools are complex, especially as we continue to make acquisitions and shift rapidly to the cloud, microservices and full automation. I am excited about our compelling direction, as we combine the agility that is enabled by "current" technologies/automation while enabling the sophistication and unbeatable tight integration of the entire Genesys product suite.
