Pros
*very stable work environment *great team management but that depends on the process you land in. *great company if you have prior experience and don't want to keep switching for whatever reason.
Cons
*not suitable for freshers in terms of financial and professional growth *very low salary for freshers. Like you won't be able to survive without anyone helping if you want to live comfortably and I am not talking about lavishly just comfortable. *employee isolation if you land in a bad process. Had worked in one for about 2 years. Very stressful environment, no access to any genpact sites to get an out from the process without letting the toxic management of there know prior to even trying to get out.
