Lack of proper management (Micromanagers, Favouritism, lack of proper leadership.) No work life balance Pay is minimum and doesn't reflect inflation. No growth/movement upwards. Lack of communication, takes 50 years to get an answer or clarification. That's if you get an answer, most of the time you are ignored unless you're "friends" with the management.
