The senior management of Genpact Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar is worst senior management one can ever experience. They have created just next level toxic environment for juniors. The real difference between leadership and bossy can be found here. They don't even care for your medical emergency or sickness instead they will ask for 10 types of medical documents just to approve one single sick leave and still behave like they are doing favor. In terms of growth, its totally dark politics. If the senior management likes and if you are good to make them happy, no matter how good you are at work then you will definitely get promoted. And if they don't like you then they will find tons of ways to pressure you, stress you, till you resign. They just want puppets who works and lives their life according to their order and if you don't agree with them, their ego hurts. Its zero professionalism and they still say you are working at a prime location.
