Pros

I could only get a job in Genpact.Also it was easy to enter that position Because of customer support position.

Cons

work is repeated and receive complaint from customers again and again.It was annoyed. Also if I submit a financial statement and get a reimbursement from employer,It is complicated and took for a long time and got a reimbursement for the expense.
