No transparency, trainers, managers etc.etc. are not suitable for there positions. No/very poor career possibility, growing is politics who knows who and kiss behinds, foreigners have almost zero chance to grow. Values are just for show to the outside world. Payment is poor and below industry standards. Yearly increase is near nothing. Communication within is very bad. Secrecy is highly valued cause they don't want people to know from each other how bad the other once salary is. In and out flow of employees is extremely high. Little kids are in positions or have control while they have no luggage if life experience nor professional experience.
